Mr. Harold H. “Squirrel” Drake of Cullman Alabama passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Cullman Long Term Care at the age of 83. Mr. Drake was born in Cullman Alabama on April 2, 1929 to Johnny and Iowa Holmes Drake. He served in The United States Army in Germany.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Moss Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Carlos Wilhite officiating. Interment will be in Flint Creek Cemetery.
Survivors are: Wife: Vernett Drake, 1 Daughter: Daphne Carnes, 1 Son: Ricky (Lori) Drake, 1 Sister: Imogene Lawrence, 2 Brothers: Atla (Neal) Drake, Talmadge (Virginia) Drake, 4 Grandchildren: Josh (Brandy) Carnes, Kandis (Frank) Brown, Bradley (Ashley) Drake, Scott (Shawna) Carnes, 2 Great Grandchildren: Madeline Carnes and Brayden Drake.
Pallbearers will be: Scott Carnes, Josh Carnes, Bradley Drake, Butch McCulley, Michael Corley and Harwood Drake.
