Mrs. Helen L. Miller of Falkville Alabama passed away on August 16, 2014 at her residence at the age of 90. She was born on August 14, 1924 to William Grady and Eron Anders Townsend. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Horace and Billy Joe Townsend, grandson: Scott Fairbanks.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at Moss Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Billy Gable and Rev. Milam Deckish. Interment will be in Herring Cemetery at Massey.
Survivors are: Daughter: Linda Carol Miller Boyd, Sons: Dwain (Minnie) Fairbanks, Dwight (Betty) Fairbanks, Johnny Fairbanks, Othal Miller Jr., Danny (Gail) Miller, Farrell (Debbie) Miller, Grandchildren: Terri Hardin, Phillip Miller, Erika Lee, Jeff Fairbanks, Sarah Boyd, Preston Miller, Russell Miller, Shannon Fairbanks, Traci Fairbanks, Charles Cameron Hill, 12 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Monday, August 18, 2014 at Moss Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Alacare Hospice.
