Herold Dwain Johnson, age 75, of Cullman, Alabama passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Herold was born June 13, 1946 in Cullman, Alabama.

Herold is survived by his wife of 48 years: Retha June Johnson; daughter: Angie Mae Johnson; son: Herold Dwain (Kirsten) Johnson Jr.; grandchildren: Joshua Wayne Reid, Tanya Nicole Reid, Austin Eddie Reid, Tristan Dwain Johnson, Jeremiah Caleb Dwain Johnson, Noah Oliver Alvin Johnson, Issac Todd Johnson; great grandchildren: Nevaeh Grace Reid, Jaxon Dwain Reid; brothers: Gregory Allen (Tina) Johnson, Gaylon Delane (Nadine) Johnson; and A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Adopted Children, and Grandchildren.

Herold was preceded in death by parents: Alvin and Stella Johnson.

Herold proudly served our country in the Air Force, during the Vietnam War.

A celebration of life visitation for Herold will be held Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Moss-Service Funeral Home, 1901 2nd Avenue, N.W., Cullman, Alabama 35055. A celebration of life funeral service will occur Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the chapel. An interment at Valley Springs Cemetery to follow.
