He was born April 13, 1939.
Howard is preceded in death by his parents Leroy, Hula Williams brother Byron Willams.
Howard is survived by his wife Pam Williams sons Maurice (Janie), Jason (Amy) Williams, daughter Cindy (Donnie) Lawrence, grandchildren Heather (Joe) Perdue, Cody (Breanna) Weaver, Nikki Weaver, Chelsie (Jasen) McSwain and Liz (Chase) Rutherford, and 12 Great grandchildren. Those that knew Howard would consistently remark on his most noticeable trait, kindness. Howard did anything for anyone and always made sure everyone was taken care of.
The family will receive friends for a visitation at Moss Service Funeral Home Tuesday October 28, 2025, 6:00-8:00 PM in the chapel. A celebration of life funeral service will follow Wednesday October 29, 2025, at 2:00 PM with internment at Turney Family Cemetery, County Road 1223 Cullman, Alabama 35055 AL.
