Imogene Drake, a beloved and devoted resident of Vinemont, Alabama, passed away on November 11, 2025, at the age of 84. Born on February 13, 1941, Imogene was a cherished member of her community and family, known for her resilient spirit.
She is survived by her daughters, Elaine Drake, Wanda Drake, and Tasha (Carlos) Flanigan; her brother, Jimmy (Pat) Patterson; her sister-in-law, Clariece Howse; her grandchildren, Kevin Lindsey, Sadie Pudles, and Sophia Flanigan; and her great-grandchildren, Emersyn (Cameron) Lindsey, Gavin Lindsey, and Elias Lindsey.
Imogene was preceded in death by her husband, Will Shay Drake; her mother, Margie Patterson; her father, Roy Patterson; her brothers, Gerald Patterson and Michael Patterson; and her grandson, Jason Lindsey.
A visitation will be held at Moss-Service Funeral Home, located at 1901 2nd Ave North West, Cullman, AL 35055, on November 14, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Following the visitation, a committal service will take place at Flint Creek Southern Baptist Church, 3048 Co Rd 1354, Vinemont, AL 35179, from 1:00 pm.
