James Ellis Calvert

James Ellis Calvert, Age 77, of Good Hope, Alabama passed away on February 25, 2021 in Plaquemine, LA. Mr. Calvert was a veteran of the United States Air Force and served in Vietnam.

He is survived by wife Sally Carithers Calvert: Son, Chad Calvert; Daughters, Linda Gardner and Jamie Sosa; Siblings, Johnny Calvert and Barbara Calvert Phillips and a host of extended family.

A visitation for James will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Moss Service Funeral Home with a celebration of life funeral service to follow.

Honorary pallbearers will be John Calvert, Jr., Mike Blalock, Maxie Townsend, Jeff Blalock, Mike Calvert, Max Blalock, Clark Keller, Wayne Trimble, Les Kelly and Keith Henderson.
