Mr. James Oneal Rusk

Funeral services for James Oneal Rusk, 82, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2010, at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel, the Revs. Randy Phillips and Tommy Graves officiating, with burial in Emeus Cemetery.

Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Rusk died Sunday, Sept. 19, at his residence. He was born Oct. 10, 1927.

He was preceded in death by his parents, J.A. and Carrie Russ Rusk; four brothers, Bill, Buck, Otis and L.E. Rusk; four sisters, Lola Plott, Jack Wright, Freda Campbell and Polly Campbell; and a grandson, Michael Rusk.

Survivors include his loving and dedicated wife, Imogene Rusk; a son, Oneal (Lana) Rusk; a daughter, Carol (Danny) Tekulve, all of Cullman; three grandchildren, Mindy (John) Strange of Camp Lejeune, N.C., Stacey Moore and Brian Tekulve, both of Cullman; four brothers, J.C. (Genevieve) Rusk, Hubert (Clema Jean) Rusk, Duell (Linda) Rusk and Alton (Barbara) Rusk; and two sisters, Linda (Windell) Brock and Doris Harris.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Alacare or Omega Hospice of Cullman.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
