He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, at Moss Funeral Home Chapel, with interment in Cullman City Cemetery.
Survivors include his son, Chase Woods Entrekin and his fiancée, Markie Merritt; daughter, Caragan O'Neil; sister, Teri Parker; brother, Scott Entrekin; nieces, Jennifer (Nick) Branham, Katye (Dennis) Forrester; and nephews, Jake and Cade Entrekin.
Visitation is 5:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
