Funeral services for Katherine Dycus Nichols, 70, of Hanceville will be at 11 am. Friday, June 5, 2015, at Moss Service Funeral Home Chapel, Darryl Banks officiating, with burial in Cullman City Cemetery.
Mrs. Nichols passed away Tuesday at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born November 15, 1944, in Birmingham to Thurston Lee and Clora Mae Mattox Dycus. She was a licensed practical nurse.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Nichols; daughter, Jennifer Diane Nichols; and sons, Timothy Wade Nations and Bobby Nichols.
Survivors include daughters, Janet Willingham and Carolyn (Carlton) Gilliland; brother, Thurston Lee Dycus Jr.; grandchildren, Tabitha (Keith) Rudder, Ashley Freeman, Gage and Connor Willingham and Samual Nichols; and two great-grandchildren.
