Lee Ann Moon Patrick

Lee Ann is survived by her daughters Salomé Ella Gonstad and Kimberly Paige Barnett (Joshua); her sister-in-law Glenn dean Moon; her granddaughters Sadie Paige & Carlie Grace Barnett.

Lee Ann was preceded in death by her parents Wayne Henry & Edna Faye Moon; her brother David Wayne Moon.

A celebration of life visitation for Lee Ann will be held Friday, December 15, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at Moss-Service Funeral Home, 1901 2nd Avenue, N.W., Cullman, Alabama 35055, followed by a celebration of life funeral service at 2:00 PM.

Lee Ann will be laid to rest in Hopewell Cemetery, Hanceville, AL 35077.
