Ann Bates Phillips 79 passed away May 12th at her home in Brushy Pond peacefully in her sleep, She was born in 1943 in Chattanooga Tennessee to Pete and Francis Bates, After retirement from the Federal government she opened Central Accounting in Cullman, She is proceeded in death by both her parents and two great men Stan Phillips Sr and Harold (Buba) Grierson, her sons Steven and Brian and her niece "daughter" Terri, She is survived by her son Stan and Darlene Phillips Jr, Sharron and Ben Thames, Jackie and Roger Whigham and her cousin Mitzi, Also many more people that loved her than could ever be listed, A celebration of her life will be held at a later date,
