Mary Jane Schaffer

She was a beloved mother and grandmother, and a friend to many.

Mary Jane was preceded in death by her husband Frank Schaffer; her niece Helena Graveman; and her nephew Earnie Graveman.

Mary Jane is survived by her only daughter Connie Schaffer (Zane Roland, fiancee); her grandson, Zach Phillips; Nieces and nephews, David Schaffer, Tim Schaffer, Mary Schaffer, Margaret (Mark) Smith, Charles (Susie) Schaffer, James (Rita) Schaffer, Rita Calderon, Theresa Graveman, Pat Graveman, Frank Graveman, Louis Graveman, Raymond Graveman, Jerry Graveman, and a host of great nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made in honor of the twelve years she served at Sacred Heart School. Donations can be mailed to Sacred Heart School, 112 2nd Ave SE, Cullman, AL, 35055.

A visitation for Mary Jane will be held Thursday, May 29th, 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The Rosary will take place at 7:30 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 217 2nd St SE, Cullman, AL 35055. The Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, May 30th, 2025 at 10:00 AM.
