From the day I was born you stood by my side, taught me how to do everything a man can do because you never wanted me to depend on anyone to do anything for me. From walking, throwing a football, my first heart break, working on cars, shooting a gun, to flipping someone off for cutting in front of our uhual when we moved to Tennessee lol. We had nothing but good memories with you Dah. Especially me. We did everything together. Thank you for showing me how to be independent and hard working. You are the reason I am who i am today. Ill never forget the night we discovered your passing and I know it’ll never get easier but I am happy you are happy with your mom and dad now along with your favorite Merle Haggerd lol. No one understands the power of this hug we shared on thanksgiving not to long ago but that hug meant everything to me just like all the other hugs you’ve gave me. I can still feel the strength behind your hugs because that’s what showed how strong your love was for all of us. I love you Dah and I’m still having a really hard time believing your gone. Please guide me in the direction you want me to go and like always I’ll follow in your footsteps. 

Thank u for letting me call u dad . Thank u for showing me how a real dad is supposed to be. U taught me so much. I’m going to pass everything u taught me on to my future kids. I love u dad . Please wait for me at the gates of heaven. 

Rest in peace Max.  
I carry with me a million memories of my brother-in-law.  Memories that I will cherish.  
All of our lives have been made richer because of you.  Not by money or "stuff", but by the lessons learned from you and the undeniable love you had for each person in your life!

Please accept my condolences during your time of sorrow. We each have our own fond memories of Max. His spirit will live on in those memories.

I miss my Daddy. He raised me since I was 1 year old. He taught me how to fish..how to work on my car..how to drive. He was there for my first date..my prom..my graduation...my wedding..the birth of my children. He helped teach me everything I know. May the Angels guide you and keep watch over my kids, nieces, and nephews. RIP

Remembering coming back from the 407 flea market your car ran out of gas, I had Brandon with me you had Gabby, Britt, Jake and then you and me. We gathered up all your stuff put it all in with mine stuffed all the kids in the Ford Explorer of mine, we put Brandon on top of all the stuff cause he was so little he just fit. We all laughed so hard on the way to your house to get a gas can to get gas for your car. And the many trips I came and picked you up and we went to Sevierville, I miss you my Max a million. 

I’m so sorry to hear of Max’s passing. I only knew Max for a short while, but I considered him a friend. He was always very helpful at work and was never too busy to explain something on the line to me.  He greeted me each morning with a “good morning” and a smile.  He will be terribly missed by his family at Parker Trutec. 

Max had more resolve than any 20 grown men. And, I mean real Men! He is my friend my brother sometimes filled in as a father figure and and my mentor in how to be a Man!  Until we meet again my Brother.   I love you Max!

He was in our lives since I was 7 years old. He loved my mom and all the kids . He had many grandkids that was his life. He loved Merle haggard.   Loved fishing and hunting and flea markets and playing football with my kids.   Thank you max for loving ur kids and ur grandbabies. All of them.
