Susan Taylor Haynes, 52, of Cullman, passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. Susan enjoyed living a simple yet fulfilling life surrounded by family, friends, a great niece and grandbabies. Her pug dog, Missy, was her pride and joy. Susan was preceded in death by her step son, Tim Haynes. She is survived by her husband, Wade Haynes; parents: Frank and Bobbie Taylor; step daughters: Tammy (Spencer) Faulkner and Angela (Todd) Barry; daughter-in-law: Tonya Haynes; grandchildren: Farrah (Eric) Nelson, Brittney Gaines, Latasha Gaines, Darius, Dakota and Daven Haynes; great –grandchildren: Peyton, Paisley, Audrey, Serenity, Irie and Braelyn; sister: Beverly (Danny) Fortenberry; brothers: Dion Taylor and Frankie Taylor; niece: Brittney (Philip) Boatright; nephews: Dallen Taylor, Zachary Taylor and Quinton Bell; great niece, Cammy Boatright and a host of other nieces and nephews. Mrs. Haynes’ family will receive friends on Friday, May, 18, 2018 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Moss Service Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life Service will be on Saturday, May, 19, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Moss Service Funeral Home. Burial will follow immediately at Good Hope Cemetery. Moss Service Funeral Home is in charge of services.

Susan and I were best friends all through high school she was a great person we did many things together we hung out on weekends I’m really gonna miss her but we will meet again someday in a better place. RIP my sweet friend

Susan and on that while we were in elementary school she was redheaded and so was I we became best friends for a very very long time she always had a way of making me smile we lost touch for several years after we got out of Costco that reunited again through our church Temple Baptist aA few years agoI am a better person because of knowing Susan I loved her very much and I will miss her until we reunite in heaven someday I only wish the rest of the world could have known her beautiful kindness and love that she had for other people the way that I have susan you will be missed greatly until we make it again your friend Evelyn Underwood Sams
