Mr. Terry Joseph Hyatt

Funeral services for Terry Joseph Hyatt, 72, of Crane Hill, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at Livingston Chapel Methodist Church, with Dr. Kenneth Graham officiating. Interment will follow at the adjoining cemetery.

The body will lie in state at the church from 1-2 p.m. at the church Saturday.

Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Hyatt died Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, at his residence. Mr. Hyatt was born June 20, 1940, to Voight Earnest and Cora Lee Gibson Hyatt. He attended Dowling Junior High School and graduated from Meek High School. He served a four-year term in the U.S.Navy followed by a career as an electrical engineer with Fuller Company.

Preceding him in death were his parents; an infant brother, Lee Eugene Hyatt; and brother, Kenneth Lee Hyatt; and an unborn grandson, Aiden Joseph Hyatt.

Survivors include a son, Terry Joseph (Jodi) Hyatt; a daughter, Lisa Hyatt; grandsons: Randy, Nick and Alan Hyatt; great-granddaughter, Marley Hyatt; sister, Jean (Ted) Mattheiss; twin brother, Jerry Owen Hyatt; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Cullman County, P.O. Box 1108, Cullman, AL 35056.
