Funeral Services will be held Wednesday July 8, 2015 at The First Baptist Church of Cullman with interment at Cullman City Cemetery. Rev. Kevin Wilburn officiating.
She is survived by her Sister: Thurlene M. Holaway, Several Nieces and Nephews and great Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents: John Lewis & Dovie McKissack, Her Husband: Harold L. Freeman, Brother: Talmadge McKissack and sister: Thena McKissack.
Mrs. Freeman was a longtime member of First Baptist Church where was WMU Director for 29 years and also Sunday School Director for 47 years. She was a member of The Pilot Club and helped start Pilot House for abused women and children. Member of Alpha Delta Kappa International Education Sorority for 50 years. She was a Charter Member of The Retired Teachers Association and member of The Cullman Museum Board and The Cullman Cortie Club.
Mrs. Freeman gave her life to Teaching Children, Community Service and Her Church.
