She was preceded in death by her daughter: Sandra Stephens.
Mrs. Garner is survived by her husband, James Garner; daughters: Patricia Carr (Harold) & Cynthia Davin (Mike); Sons: Richard Garner (Jeanette), James Garner & Michael Garner; sister, Joy Tillman; brother, John Berry; 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and a great great Grandchild.
The family will receive friends, Wednesday, December 14, 2016 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Moss Service Funeral Home. The celebration of Mrs. Garner’s life will take place at Fairview Methodist Church on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 2:00pm with burial to follow in the adjoining cemetery.
