Tommy was one of the most talented fabricators I have ever known. He was just a brilliant guy. And he had a wicked sense of humor that would leave you in stitches. I cherish the time we spent figuring stuff out, brain storming, and making cars go fast! Those were the best of times. I'll miss you, brother!

I first met Tommy at The Rack & Que in Cullman. We worked together at The Lee Plant in Holly Pond. Tommy was a great guy and a fun person to be around. He always had a smile and was a very outgoing person. My fondest memories are driving down to the Holly Pond Café in his Buick Regal and always doing burnouts on Hwy 91 before heading back to work. Rest in Peace Buddy! Gone too soon, but not forgotten!

I grew up just a few doors down from The Piper’s and I remember Tommy as always outside with his brother and being such a sweet kid. I’m so sad to hear about Tommy. Prayers for the family he leaves behind.

I met Tommy over 20 years ago at the street races in Birmingham. We had mustangs and racing in common and soon became great friends. We’ve worked on cars together over the years and went to many races together. Tommy was the type of person that was everyone’s friend. His passion for fabrication never ceased to amaze me. He taught hisself to tig weld and was one of the best aluminum welders/fabricators I had ever seen. The world lost a great man Saturday. You will be missed greatly my friend.

Tommy and I played numerous rounds of golf together over the years...he was a very good friend of mine for the past 30 years and was always there to help a fellow out, and I am still in shock about this...I rode with him in the mustang, to Georgia I believe,...to get his little truck when he bought it, as he wanted me to drive it for him to his house...and spent hours upon hours around Tommy in the pool room....and though I have moved out of town, I still liked to visit Tommy when ever I came back to Cullman...My heart goes out to his family members now, as this was truly a great loss of a great guy....RIP Tommy...my good friend....
