Timothy "Timmy" Maurice Philyaw of Cullman passed away August 22, 2019 at the age of 52. He was born in Cullman March 19, 1967 to Ernest Lee and Mary Louise Cupp Philyaw. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Steve Randall Philyaw.

Funeral services are Monday, August 26, 2019 at Moss Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Scott McKenzie officiating. Interment will follow services in Crossroads Cemetery.

Survivors are: son Cody Philyaw, sisters Patricia Ann (James) McGraw, Angela Louise Philyaw, Connie Rene (Perry) Easterwood, Tina Diane (Scott) McKenzie, brothers Billy Joe (Becky) Philyaw and Stoney William Philyaw.

Visitation is Sunday, August 25, 2019 at Moss Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
