

Funeral Services for Tommy Shaddix, age 73 will be at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Cullman First Church of the Nazarene. Burial will follow at Cullman City Cemetery, with Rev. Greg Ricky & Rev. Scott Sessions officiating.

Tommy passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at his residence. He was born on July 28, 1941 in Eva to the late Thomas Levert Shaddix & MaryLou Butler Shaddix. He was the owner of Shaddix Company for over 45 years, and was the voice of the “Raiders” for 37 years. His parents precede him in death and one grandson, Ty Isaac Rasco.
Survivors include his Wife – Mitchelene Shaddix; Daughter – Sheri (Berry) Rasco; 2 – Sons – Eddie Shaddix & Dewayne (Tracey) Shaddix; 7 – Grandchildren – Cody (Lyndsey) Rasco, Randi (Shane) Bentley, Kyli (Colton) Terry, Sarai (Robbie) Howard, Zachery (Hayley) Shaddix, Isaac Shaddix & Hannah Shaddix; 8 – Great-Grandchildren – Ty Alivia Rasco, Zayden Cruce, Acelyn Cruce, Macee Bentley, Jackson Bentley, Axton Terry, Tylyn Howard & Cash Howard.
The family request In Lieu-of-Flowers, donations be made in Tommy’s name to Cullman First Church of the Nazarene or to the CCCDD.
The family will receive friends for visitation at the Church on Thursday, April 16, 2015 from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
