Mrs. Virginia L. Barber of Vinemont Alabama passed away on June 5, 2011 at Cullman Regional Medical Center at the age of 85. Mrs. Barber was born in Cullman on September 4, 1925 to George and Jessie Jones Greer.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Husband: Edgar E. Barber, Son: George “Tommy” Barber, Sister: Vanita Greer and Brother: Johnny Greer.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 8, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Moss Service Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Hopewell Cemetery.
Survivors are: 2 Daughters: Glenda (Frank) Smith of Ms., Mary (Terry) Holcomb of Cullman, 2 Sons: Alan (Rita) Barber of Tn., Johnny (Diana) Barber of Cullman, 1 Brother: Paul (Mary Ruth) Greer of Hanceville, 1 Sister: Dorothy Miller of Hanceville, 13 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Tuesday June 7, 2011 from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Moss Service Funeral Home.
