Arline Gore Rupard

Born May 3, 1926 in Madison County, VA to Albert Byrd Gore and Neda Corbin Gore. Arline was an avid gardener, enjoyed cooking, loved hosting family gatherings and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Culpeper.

Early in her career she worked for Army Map Services at Fort Myers and later worked for Aileen, Incorporated in Culpeper, VA for over twenty-seven years.

Surviving Arline are her children, Irma Gallahugh of Dublin, VA, Ralph Rupard (Linda) of Locust Grove, VA, Betty Combs of Culpeper, VA, Teresa Pologruto (Tom) of Rixeyville, VA; nine grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, seven great, great-grandchildren and six siblings.

In addition to her parents, her husband Willard Ralph Rupard, seven siblings and her son Jerry Milton Rupard precede her in death.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. within Clore-English Funeral Home. The funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Sandy Martin officiating, before Interment held at Fairview Cemetery, Culpeper.

To be proactively safe, the family has requested that those in attendance at the funeral home please wear a mask while inside the building.
