Constance Singers Davis

Constance “Connie” Singers Davis, 89, of Culpeper, VA passed away at Our Father’s House Christian Home January 6, 2016. She was born to Charles O Singers and Emma Rosalie Keene Singers in Culpeper, VA June 13, 1926; was the widow of Harold J. Davis; was a member of the Culpeper Baptist Church and the Country Club of Culpeper Ladies’ Golf Association; enjoyed genealogy and antiquing. She was a dedicated volunteer for many years to the American Red Cross.

Surviving Mrs. Davis are her children, Mona Davis Albertine and her husband Jack of Fredericksburg, VA, Scott Davis and his wife Sue of Remington, VA and Bruce Davis and his wife Lori of Culpeper, VA; her grandchildren, Carey Albertine, Gillian Lewane (Conrad), Elizabeth Kasser (Juan), Jessica King (Joey), Lyndsay Vinson (Michael), Jamie Davis, Jonathan Davis, Meredith Hawkins (Blake), and Erin Nicholson (Charles); her great-grandchildren, Benjamin and Amelia Hovermale, Mackenzie Davis, Bryce and Emma King, Alexander Lewane, Carter Vinson and Jack Kassar, and; and her sister, Anne K. Cooke of Catonsville, MD.

A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Clore-English Funeral Home Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Dan Carlton conducting the service. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Interment will be private.
