

Billy is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Holli Foalden of Hilham, TN, son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Jennifer Foalden of Meaford, Ontario, parents, Marie and Emmett Trice of Culpeper, VA, brother, Jerry Foalden of Culpeper, VA, sister and brother-in-law, Glenda and Randy Hobbs of Culpeper, VA, brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Alissa Trice of Republic, MO, sister and brother-in-law, Joy and Wayne Haines of Malvern, PA, three beloved grandchildren; Nevaeh, Alex and Ben and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, A.J. Foalden and sister, Angela Foalden.
Billy was born April 23, 1957 and grew up in Virginia. After his service in the United States Marine Corps, he worked for the United States Postal Service and resided in Manassas, VA and Stafford, VA. He relocated to Missouri became a Certified Computer Technician and called several towns home, to include, Stoutland, Camdenton and Springfield, MO. He was a good mechanic and would attempt any type of repair to keep a car running and worked on many family and friends’ cars. He loved golf, being outdoors, and for some strange reason jumping out of perfectly good airplanes. Billy was an avid reader, an absolutely wonderful storyteller, was quick with a witty remark, a trademark mischievous smile, and unforgettable laugh, while opening his heart to gladly give anything he had to help others.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 18, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Clore-English Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to service time. Interment will follow at Culpeper National Cemetery, New Grounds, with military honors provided by the VFW Post 2425 and American Legion Post 330 Honor Guards.
