Dear Family & Friends of Hazel--She was my first cousin, my mother, Grace Rider Smith
was her aunt. Hazel stayed with my mother when I was born to help with household
chores while she went to school in Culpeper. My mother, Grace, who died at 104 years
stayed in touch with Hazel by telephone over the years. Hazel was a gentle, generous
person, and I can imagine all of you will miss her so much. All the best to you,
Dorothy Smith Corder, (now residing in Windsor, CA)
