Joseph Walter Kolodziej

Joseph Walter Kolodziej, 89, of Reva, VA passed away at his residence Tuesday, December 18, 2012. He was born to Joseph and Walburd Kolodziej in Fox Chase, PA, August 14, 1923; served his country in the U.S. Marines and worked as a painter. Mr. Kolodziej moved to Culpeper County in 2004, having made his home in Camp Springs, MD for 40 years.

Surviving Mr. Kolodziej are his daughters, Walbie Kolodziej of Reva, VA, Flora Longobardi of Reva, VA and Yolanda Fox of Manassas, VA; his sister, Mae Vetter of Philadelphia, PA and his grandchildren, Carol Miller, Joe Fox, Steve Fox and Joe Longobardi.

Funeral services will be held in Precious Blood Catholic Church, Friday, December 21, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Culpeper National Cemetery, Chandler Street, with military honors provided by the American Legion Post 330 and V.F.W. Post 2524 Honor Guards. The family will receive friends Thursday evening, December 20, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Clore-English Funeral Home.
