Roberta Mason passed away July 30th after struggling several years with Alzheimer’s Disease and its attendant complications. She was born on February 11, 1948, the older daughter of Robert Samuel and Virginia Lee Grasty Black of Crozet, Virginia, both of whom preceded her in death. Roberta is survived by her husband of 51 years, Julien, of Culpeper; and by her sister, Robyn Eaton ( Phil) of Crozet. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Thornton Mason (Debbie) of Sorrento, Florida; along with her extended family and friends.
In accordance with Roberta’s wishes, a graveside service at Graham Cemetery, Orange, will be private.
