He was such an amazing, patient and loving father, and a devout Christian whom served the Lord well.
He treated me like I was his daughter always. I pray he truly knows how appriated he was in life.
He took Ramona, Julian and I to movies, roller skating, church outings and so many other things. He encouraged our ideas. Ramona and I would play office and he would go over our ideas with genuine thought.
There just aren't enough words to express how highly I thought of him, and loved him.

Ron was such a kind, gentle person. He was the catalyst for my Culpeper Town Council campaign in 2000, and without his support and advice, I would have languished.
Later, Ron was a terrific friend to Lee and me– he was always there to provide a willing, trusted ear and shoulder. We shall miss him.
I shall always remember Ron driving his red Mercedes convertible, top down with Mr. Benz by his side.
Rhonda, Julian, Ramona, and the rest of the Miller family, our hearts go out to you during this difficult time.
In God’s Light,
Laura La Flair Hart and Lee Hart

Ron was a special friend and brother and his passing has left an empty place in my heart. I was blessed to have know him. He had a special laugh and smile and he never let a moment pass by that he could share his deep faith. My comfort is knowing that he is in the presence of God and is free of his pain. The happiness he is having now is above anything we could imagine here in this world and I know I will see him again one day, then we can share many more laughs again for eternity. I will miss you until then. Love you Ron

I know Ron for over 15 years. One the kindest, most gentle and giving gentleman I have ever known in my life. Truly a good friend, husband and family man. His loss has left an empty space in my heart. The world was a better place with him. I will miss him.
