Ruth Bickerstaff Newman, 72, of Culpeper, VA passed away at her residence September 24, 2016. She was born February 18, 1944 in Greensburg, PA to William and Lydia Ann Rodabaugh Bickerstaff. Ruth was retired from Safeway and was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church.
Surviving Ruth is her husband, Gerald Newman; her children, Robyn Lazration, Ronelle Leach, Rochelle Hall Rankin, Kevin Hall, Roxanne Hall Salem, Ruth Ann Golden, Margaret McClain and Mary Ann Pinney; her brother, Jerry Bickerstaff and 19 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, Oct. 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Culpeper, VA.
