Dear Melinda & Peter,
Tom and I plus my staff at Home Respiratory Care are so saddened to learn of Alexis's passing. She fought & succeeded to have an independent lifestyle in spite of her disabilities. Hi. My deepest sympathy. I lost my Lulu Sept. 17, 2012 . She was born on Feb. 9, 1985! She too grew up in L.A.   She too had "profound disabilities", but  shared "incredible poise,confidence, Intelligence and humor".  You don't know me; I just saw her obituary today.  Wish they had known each other. Perhaps they are meeting now in the "cosmos". (As Aquarians-special souls on this Earth). Best   to your family.
