Those who knew Conrad, know that he was such a generous and caring man. He was always concerned about others; doing whatever he could, even if it was just a simple phone call to check up on someone.
He was faithful to his wife, he was an utmost provider, always full of wisdom, always put the family first, loved to travel, never was confined – a true free spirit.
He loved many things, especially his family. He taught his children to respect life and show compassion to all creatures of God. He found happiness in the simple things. With his family, he loved to watch the sunset on the ocean, visit the zoo, botanical gardens, seeing plays, music at the bowl, amusement parks, etc.
He was also very athletic and swam a mile at the YMCA every other day while my mom worked out on the machines.
He liked to read a lot and encouraged his family to do the same. He would often say, “General knowledge is a valuable asset as it would better the quality of our lives.” He would take his children to visit the library or he would bring home books/magazines, like National Geographic, Time and Life magazines for his children to read.
Conrad was also proud of the company he worked for in the airline industry. He was a very humble man who worked hard and never needed the spotlight as he focused on doing the job before him.
His beautiful life will be forever cherished and his family and friends will miss him dearly.
