

David lived a life defined by service, faith, and compassion for others. He proudly served his country in the United States Army, demonstrating honor and dedication during his military years.
Following his service, David pursued higher education, earning multiple degrees in information technology and behavioral science. He ultimately found his calling as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), where he devoted his career to working with troubled youth. His patience, empathy, and unwavering commitment to helping others made a lasting impact on countless lives.
A devout Christian and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, David’s faith was central to his life. In his early twenties, he served a full-time mission in Lima, Peru for two years, an experience that shaped his lifelong devotion to service.He later served faithfully in many church callings and was married and sealed to his beloved wife, Beth Ann Wild. Together, they shared a deep love for travel, visiting family across the country and enjoying new foods and experiences.
David’s most cherished passion was genealogy and temple work. He dedicated countless hours to researching his family history and honoring his ancestors, a legacy of service that reflected his deep spiritual commitment.
He is survived by his sister, Marilyn Diane Gonsalves; his nephew, Brandon Upper; and his niece, Angelique Baker. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Beth Ann Wild.
David will be laid to rest beside his wife in Greenwood, Indiana, a place that symbolizes their enduring love.
Those who knew David will remember him for his gentle spirit, steadfast faith, and dedication to serving others. His legacy lives on in the many lives he touched and in the family he cherished.
