Douglas John Whiting was born June 7, 1958 in Santa Monica, California, and died there on December 26, 2023 at age 65.
Douglas was a lifelong learner Who was interested in so many things. He read widely, loved being outdoors, enjoyed nature and golf, and completed multiple marathons.
He was a graduate of Santa Monica High School and Cal State University Dominguez Hills.
His passing is a loss to many, including his siblings Kathy, Linda, Scott, and Patti
