Francis Rodriguez was born on June 16, 1949 in Manila, Philippines. It was when his family moved to Antipolo Rizal, Philippines that he met his soul mate and future wife, Divina Ube at Sumulong Memorial High School. They married on May 10, 1969 and would have had their 50th wedding anniversary in 2019.
In March of 1972, he moved to the United States in hopes of fulfilling the American Dream in which he prospered and succeeded. Francis retired after serving 27 hardworking years as an Operations Manager at Ampco Parking Services and a total of 36 years in the parking industry. In resemblance to his character, Francis lived a very colorful, vibrant, and adventurous life. Among many things Francis enjoyed traveling to the Philippines with his wife, playing sports with his grandkids, online shopping, and home interior design the most. His most favorite activity of all time would have to be watching movies. Even as a child, he would skip school to catch a flick on the big screen.
Francis is survived by his devoted wife, Divina, seven siblings (Teri, Greg, Rod, Ronnie, Cesar, Albert, and Luchie), one son (John), one daughter (Leilani), and six grandchildren (Keoni, Nohea, Kaleo, Miles, Mason, and Nani). He joins his parents, Cesar and Pacita Rodriguez in Heaven. He will truly be missed by us all.
