Iola Evaralda Reneau

Iola was born January 15, 1928 in Belize City, Central America to the late Felicito Pandy and Elizabeth Wesby. She was the third oldest of nine children. Seven preceded her in death. Iola was educated in the Roman Catholic School in Stann Creek District. Iola married the late Harold Reneau Sr. in 1942. She lives in Stann Creek District with her husband and children and then moved to Belize City in 1963.

In 1993 she migrated to the United States, In California where she spend the most of her life under the care of her daughter Ruby Ozaeta. She was also living for a while with her grand-daughter in New Jersey where she was baptized in the Seventh Day Adventist, Church of the Oranges in 2012.

Iola was the most caring and loving person; she had a heart of Jesus and always sees the best in everything and everyone. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who know her.

Iola is survived by her children, Louise (Reneau) Gordon, Althea Reneau, Harold Reneau Jr., Abraham Reneau, Errol Reneau, Ruby (Reneau) Ozaeta, Julia Arana, Earl Reneau, Ivy Wright Camal, and Allan Wright; her Sister Gwendolyn Tablada, 53 Grandchildren, 79 Great Grandchildren, and 14 Great Great Grandchildren, and other relatives. She is predeceased by her daughter Adriana (Reneau) Foster.
