JoAnn Arguello, daughter of Jose Arguello and Angelina Romero. She was born on December 27, 1956 in Dixon New Mexico. JoAnn had two siblings, her beloved sister Diana Arguello and little brother Moises Arguello. JoAnn has 7 children and is survived by 6. Her beloved daughter Erika Rilling. Gilbert Valdez , Angelique Bishop , Brian Cisneros, Cassandra Cisneros, Amy Rilling and Jessica Rilling. Our mom greatest love was God, her children but even more so Grandchildren. She was a beautiful artist that loved native culture and often painted pieces that expressed her love for it. She had a soft spot in her heart for the homeless and always dreamed of one day opening a homeless shelter. She didn't have much but would take the little she had and buy dollar burgers at McDonald's or make sandwiches to pass out on the beach to the homeless. Our mom never let not having much stop her from giving. She never asked much for herself accept for ways to express her art and that her children loved and took care of each other. Our mom loved the Lord with all her heart and would often share how much God loved us. She was always humble until she got mad. Then, oh boy, were we in trouble. She loved the color red but wouldn't wear it to much because it brought too much attention to herself. She was very talented at making amazing food out of nothing. And even more amazing food during the holidays. She'd decorate for every holiday and birthday making it extra special. And when she didn't have decorations she would make them from paper and recycled items. She was so creative that way. Always ready to laugh at our silly gestures knowing it made us feel loved. She always had a warm smile, a comforting hug, a listening ear, and was a wiper of tears...An all around beautiful soul that no words can describe. She is our mom and we will forever have a part of her in our hearts. We will continue her legacy as her children and grand children by being all that she raised us to be. Loving, giving, accepting and comforting to those in need. She was truly beautiful inside and out. A rare and unique gift just like her art...We love you mom.
