Philip Guy Nery

Phil was born in Ladd Air Force Base in Fairbanks, Alaska. to Anne and Guy Nery. His elementary years were spent in Chicago and Indianapolis. He went to high school in Elm Grove, Wisconsin. For college he got his Mechanical Engineering degree from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan. On one fine day in September 1983 he met Betty through a mutual friend while she was vacationing in Chicago. He moved to California in 1984 and worked as a production control manager at a manufacturing firm in Los Angeles for 9 years. After he left the company he was working for in 1993, he decided to do two things that he loved to do: computer programming and financial investing. Phil & Betty celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary this year in March.
