To the family, 

I will always remember Valerie as a shy little girl who didn't have much to say but was a such a joy to be around.  I was in awe watching her grow from a little girl to a gorgeous young lady.  She will be truly missed and I am sharing in your sadness as you remember Valerie.  She wasn't long for this world but the little time she did have left a great impact on my life & many others.

Valerie was a beautiful  spirit  and we were fortunate to embrace her.  With broken hearts, we are now forced to say goodbye too soon.

I’ll always keep the memories from when you were little until now that you were an adult calling me at 3am just to vent with me, in my heart forever. My family will also keep your memories in their hearts as they too cared so much for you. My plan to ask you to be my brides maid won’t happen now but know that you will still be part of my big day just like we talked about. But I know in my heart that you're in a better place with our Lord our God. You have these beautiful white wings that you now are wearing in the symbol of how you become an Angel. Valerie,
You were my best friend growing up. We were always together just up to no good haha. We hung out almost everyday after school. You were the one who taught me how to make a grilled cheese and every time after that day whenever  we hung out we always had to eat one together after school. 
We were always putting different colors in our hair and trying to do our “emo hair”. Always at the mall in hottopic buying band tees and just having the best time.  
I have so many memories with you. I don’t think I would have made it without you in my life.You were such an amazing friend. I wish we had more time. Every memory I have with you I will forever cherish.
