Alvin Daniel Neal

Alvin Daniel Neal, 52, of Dallas, passed away at this home on Friday, March 21, 2014 with his loving family by his side. He was born in Lincolnton and is the son of Florence Trammel Neal and the late Johnny Adam Neal.

Mr. Neal was a graduate of North Gaston High School and a former employee of Ethan Allen Industries. He attended North Gaston Church of God.

Mr. Neal is survived by his wife, Kathy Mayhue Neal; mother, Florence Trammel Neal of High Shoals; one son, Matthew Lockeridge and wife Kim of Newton; one daughter, Britany Lockeridge of High Shoals; three grandchildren, Auldin, Jasimine, Sabston Lockeridge and Conner, Alexis, Emery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Dallas Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday at North Gaston Church of God with Rev. Andy Nicholson and Rev. Ted Smith officiating.

Interment will follow in High Shoals Memorial Gardens.
