Andrew was born on August 02, 1969, in Charlotte, NC to Ursula Maintzer Peedin and the late Ralph Levi Peedin. In addition to his father, he is also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Herman and Dora Peedin and maternal grandparents, Lisbeth and Eduard Niklas Maintzer.
Born with a love for the outdoors and a heart full of curiosity, Andrew traveled extensively across the United States, always drawn most deeply to the rugged beauty of Alaska. His outgoing nature and zest for life made him a friend to many and a joy to be around.
Andrew proudly served in the United States Air Force for three years, where he developed a passion for aviation that would shape the rest of his life. After his service, he became an airplane mechanic and later founded his own successful business, Stripe It USA, which reflected his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication.
He had a special fondness for hummingbirds and dogs, finding peace and companionship in their presence. His love for nature and animals was a reflection of his gentle and caring soul.
Andrew is survived by his mom, Ursula Peedin; brothers, Ralph Eduard (Shera) Peedin and Lawrence Karl (Beth) Peedin, nieces and nephews, Brent (Cecilia) Peedin and their children, Jonah and River, Elizabeth (David) Mustin and their child, Emery, Emilie (Bailey) Crane, and Adam; special friends, Terri Marchetti and Milton Polemides.
A Celebration of Life will be held on September 6, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Dallas Baptist Church at 402 W Trade St, Dallas, NC 28034.
