Dean E Moore

Mr. Moore was born June 2, 1940 in Cramerton to the late Ralph Maurice and Lula Broome Moore.

Mr. Moore retired from Pharr Yarns in McAdenville after 45 years in management, he was a Eagle Scout, he loved dogs and his favorite one was Roberta.

Mr. Moore was a US Army National Guard Veteran and a member of Antioch Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his wife, of 47 years Mary E. “Libby” Friday Moore; a brother, Ralph Moore Jr. and wife Ommie of Cramerton; a sister, Faynell Reid of Cramerton; two sisters-in-law; a brother-in-law; four nieces and six nephews.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday at Antioch Lutheran Church with Pastor George Rhyne officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday at the Dallas Funeral Home.
