Jacob Michael McLeod

Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, on October 5, 1999, Jacob grew up surrounded by family and friends who cherished his warmth, humor, and kindness. He graduated with honors from Myers Park High School.

Jacob’s greatest joy was spending time with his precious two year old daughter, Rena Lea McLeod, and sharing moments with family and friends. He was a devoted father, partner, son, and grandson, whose love touched everyone who knew him.

A passionate sports fan, Jacob cheered for his beloved New England Patriots and Boston Celtics, celebrating every victory and supporting his teams through every season.

Jacob is survived by his loving mother, Kimberly (Sosnowski) McLeod of Dallas, NC; his partner, Erin Lea Bullard and their daughter, Rena Lea McLeod of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by his grandmother, Beverly Sosnowski of Dallas, NC; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends who will forever remember his generous spirit and unwavering love. Jacob is predeceased in death by his father Jason R. McLeod.

Jacob’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his devotion to family, his enthusiasm for life, and the joy he brought to all who knew him.

A visitation for Jacob will be held Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Carothers Funeral Home (Dallas), 212 West Trade Street, Dallas, NC 280341633, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 PM.
