Allen was such a dear friend. Him and Christy always made us feel like family. Allen was always so soft spoken and humble. One of the sweetest people we know.Brian and  I  always looked up to Allen. I enjoyed singing with him. This is such a shock. And our hearts go out to Christy and the family. We know Allen is with God and singing with the angels.Ride on our dear friend, we will see you again on the other  side. We love you brother and will miss you down here.

My sincere condolences to Allen’s family. I worked with Big Al, as we called him, for a couple of years. We became quick buddies. We often called each other brother and I loved him as a brother. Big Al had a huge heart which was evident in his giving back to the community. It was obvious that he loved his wife Christy and his family very much. I got to know his son Cody as well who is also a very good man. I will miss Big Al dearly but will never forget my good friend. My only regret is that I didn’t get back down to visit him after I left the company that we both worked for. He and I had recently texted to each other on Father’s Day. I told him I would get down to see him and I will one last time. Until we meet again in the house of our Lord brother.

We are going to miss seeing him at the girl's birthday parties. He always came right up to me and asked how I was doing along with my husband and always had a big hug for me. I'm a hugger so that meant a lot to me he was a super sweet man and will be truly missed. Praying for his whole family especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Their Poppy was a special man.
