Gail was born in Dallas, NC to the late James Hill Foster III and the late Nellie Johnson Foster.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her son, Larry Rhyne.
Gail loved spending time outdoors working in her yard and tending to her flowers. She especially loved her two fur babies who brought her great joy, Josie and Chloe.
She is survived by her son, Steven Rhyne (Dular); sisters, Patricia Harmon and Sherry Starnes; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren that she loved dearly.
A visitation for Gail will take place on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM at Carothers Funeral Home of Dallas, 212 W Trade St, Dallas, NC 28034. The funeral service will be at 12:00 PM in the Funeral Home’s Chapel. Burial will immediately follow at Long Creek Baptist Church Cemetery at 210 Long Creek Church Rd, Dallas, North Carolina, USA
