Age, 99 passed away on Tuesday February 20, 2018. Adolph was born on June 9, 1918 in Buckholts, Texas. Adolph was raised in the Texas Czech community and remained involved in Czech culture in Texas all his life. He loved Czech music and played the accordion until about 1 year ago. Adolph was a member of a Czech polka band in his early adult life. Adolph loved to work in his garden and was passionate about growing pecans. Adolph had the natural mind of an engineer and he fabricated components that went into outer space. He could fix anything and he would routinely turn common household items into works of art. To Adolph, age was just a number. He loved to fish and be active. Adolph worked 28+ years for LTV Aerospace/ESystems/Raytheon as an Electronic Technician and retired in 1981.
Adolph was predeceased by both of his parents, Charlie and Annie Masar Provazek and his beloved wife Ella Mae Provazek. He leaves to cherish his memories and legacy: a loving daughter Patricia Brown-Hatton and husband Daniel Hatton; granddaughter, Melissa Brown-Redstone and husband Brian Redstone; great –grandson, Caleb Redstone; great-granddaughter, Briley Redstone; and grandson, Jacob Brown and other loving relatives and friends that will greatly missed Adolph.
The family will receive guest during the visitation hour on Saturday February 24, 2018 from 11:00 am to 12 noon and funeral services will follow at 12:00 noon both at Laurel Land Funeral Home, burial at Laurel Land Memorial Park. Pastor Jason Jackson will be the officiating minister. In lieu of flowers donations to the Salvation Army are appreciated.
