Bill, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.  I am so sorry to hear of your loss.

Bill, So sorry to hear you lost your father. Since sons are reflections of their fathers, I'm certain he was a very fine man. I will keep you, your family and friends in my prayers.

As Sears Line Haul Controller I worked next door to Leroy and frequently observed how fairly with dignity he conducted his many duties. He had respect from many drivers,mechanics and myself. May he see the Glory that will welcome him.

Mr. Burdick was a great man and the beloved leader of our Sears, Roebuck Family. He was a wonderful example of a Christian, son, husband, father, boss and friend!! Mr. Burdick will be missed by everyone. Doyle and I were very blessed to have known him and Doyle to have worked for him. He will be forever in our hearts.

Uncle Leroy Burdick was the best cousin in the world to my late daddy Willie Tucker, and the best Uncle to me.  Our entire family loved and respected Leroy.  God bless all of our precious family and friends who can't imagine the years ahead with Leroy.  We'll see you in Heaven.  Rest in peace.

Mr. Burdick was the kindest man I ever met. I worked in security with his son-law Gary. Also my husband Floyd Qualls was a driver and highly respected Mr. Leroy. Said you could trust his word.

I didn't know Alfred Burdick, but I do know his son, Billy Burdick, he is my boss at Liberty.  Bill Burdick is such a nice person with a good heart, and the way he treats others with caring and respects, he had to have had great parents.  I am sure Alfred was a wonderful people just like his son.

Mr.Burdick, was my boss when I work at Sear Line Haul. He was a very nice, respectful man. Everyone love him. He was a very Happy person to know, always smiling and asking about your family. He would do anything for you. He was that kind of person everyone should of known. May he RIP in Heaven. God has a new Angel that eveyone in Heaven will Love.

My wife Becky worked for Mr. Burdick for over 20 years and she loved him like a father. It was my privileged to have known him through her when we met and married over 20 years ago now. Mr. Burdick was the glue that held the old Sears family together, he will be missed.

Leroy was like my second dad.  I will always remember his smile and his genuine kindness.  He was truly a gentleman. I hope he and my dad are catching up in heaven and I know they are already talking about Sears and 
Roadway.
