Alfredo “Fredo” Soto, 55, of Dallas, born February 13, 1957, passed away July 18, 2012, after a 2 1/2 year battle with cancer. Preceded in death by his father, Albino Soto, brother, Jesus A. Soto “Jesse”. Survived by his mother, Esperanza Soto; brother, Joe A. Soto and wife Rosanna of Mesquite; sisters, Aurora F. Soto de Law & friend Beatriz Gonzalez and Ana E. Jimenez & husband Raymond; nephews, Joseph Soto & wife Kim Guadalupe Law and Michael & Alex Jimenez; nieces: Celina Jimenez-Russell & husband Robert, Rebecca Morrison, Triste Soto-Morones & husband Paul, and Christina Jimenez; great-nephews: Joshua Soto, Zachary Soto, Noah Russell, Japheth Russell and Carter McColgan; great-nieces: Samantha Soto, Alexa and Mallory Morones and Chloe Morrison; great, great-niece Bella Soto and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Grove Hill Funeral Home. Alfredo was deeply loved by family and friends, he will be dearly missed by all. In Christ, we know that some day we will be reunited with him again.
