Angela Rose Roberts passed away peacefully on June 20, 2025, in Dallas, Texas. Born December 3, 1961, in Dallas to Bessie and Tony Pasqua, Angela was a true Texan at heart, growing up in the city she loved and graduated from Bishop Lynch High School.
Angela married Jim Roberts in 2003, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and the joys of a blended family. Between them, they shared four daughters and one son, a legacy of love that continues in their children and grandchildren.
Angela enjoyed, more than anything, being on the water with a rod and reel in hand catching fish. Her passion for fishing was so strong, she wore it proudly with a crappie tattooed on her left forearm. Angela also cherished the beach and especially loved early morning walks at sunrise, coffee in hand, walking side by side with Jim.
Angela will be remembered for her loyalty, her sharp wit, and her deep compassion. She was always ready to lend a hand or a listening ear. Her sense of humor was uniquely her own—quick, clever, and occasionally mischievous—and she could trade barbs with the best of them. A lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan, she rarely missed a game, cheering with enthusiasm and pride.
Angela was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Bessie and Tony Pasqua. She is survived by her husband, Jim Roberts; son Sean Thomas; daughter Shelby Whiteside Brandt; bonus daughters Leah Roberts Harbour, April Roberts Brzezinski and Adrienne Roberts Beamon; twelve grandchildren; Elliott and Campbell Whiteside Brandt, Gianna and Avery Thomas, Morgan, Gavin, Adyson, Lawson Brzezinski, Ava and Bella Harbour, Jaxson and Cade Beamon; and sister Laura Pasqua Buchovacky and her husband Bryan. She is also lovingly remembered by her favorite nephew, Jon Michael Clint. She will also be missed by her sweet dog, Jules.
Angela's family and friends will miss her deeply but find comfort in knowing her memory lives on through every sunrise, every fishing trip, and every Sunday Cowboys game. She was one of a kind—funny, strong, loving, and endlessly generous—and she will be remembered always.
A celebration of life for Angela will be held Saturday, June 28, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, followed by a reception from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
