Annette had many nieces and nephews that she loved as her own. She was a childcare provider to many children. This truly made her happy, doing what she loved. She enjoyed cooking for her friends and family.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, William and Kermit Franklin. Her parents- in- law, Willis and Maxine Wakefield. Her brother, Lynn Franklin and her sister- in- law Christine Franklin.
She leaves behind her husband Kenneth Wakefield, of 25 years. Step son David Wakefield and wife, Roxanne; Brother Rodney Franklin; sister-in-law Lisa Short and husband, Mark.
Annette will be dearly missed by many family and friends.
A celebration of life for Annette will be held Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, Texas 75228.
