Annie Sue James was born January 24, 1930 in Meridian, MS to Rubin & Stella Barnes and passed away September 4, 2012 in Mesquite, TX. Annie is survived by her husband of 62 years, Albert Eddie James Jr.; sons: Jesse Tyrone James & wife Debra, Michael James & wife Doris and Douglas James & wife Annette; grandchildren: Brandi Norman, Zachary James, Misti Burrow, Tony James, Jay Clifton & Jason Clifton; great-grandchildren: Casey Burrow, Madison Burrow, Haley Clifton, Callie Clifton, Justin Clifton, Jaron Clifton, Olivia Clifton, Hayden norman, Kinley Milligan & Makenzie James; brother, RV Barnes; sister, Janet Taylor; sister-in-law, Claudette Clark and brother-in-law, Terry James. She was Preceded in death by her sister, Bertie Mae All. Visitation is 6-8 p.m., Thursday, September 6, 2012 at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 7, 2012 at Grove Hill Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dyrle Phillips officiating. Interment will follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
